Hello!

Hi readers! My name is Ashley and I'd like to welcome you to my blog, co-written by Cheyenne. First of all, I'd like you to know that feminism really isn't scary. It's not "man-hating" or "family-hating", but rather it promotes equal rights for women and maybe more importantly, advocates to end violence against women caused by double standards and inequality. It is a point of view that believes in a woman's right to choose what to do with her life and her body without pressure from outside sources, including the legal system. We may, from time to time, write about something that you disagree with, and that's perfectly fine; all we ask is that while constructive arguments are okay, the belittling of people and their thoughts and ideas will not be tolerated. I look forward to writing future blogs and to having insightful conversations and/or debates with all of you.
